Zeke’s Beans & Bowls
Located right on the causeway, this is the beach spot for all-day breakfast! The Fajita Breakfast is perfect for savory fans, but the North Pole Bowl is great for anyone wanting something sweeter.
Acai bowls, egg dishes, pitas, and even poké bowls grace their extensive menu. They truly know how to serve up the beachy-est of dishes any time of day, but something about breakfast here is too good to pass up.

Drift Cafe
A gorgeous beachside spot, you can expect nothing but the best vibes at Drift Cafe. Perfect for early morning coffee runs or midday brunches in the sun.
Try their Breakfast Burrito or Nutella French Toast, or get one of each and split with someone (always the way to go for a sweet/savory combo!)

SUNday’s Cafe
A local favorite, it is so hard to go wrong at SUNday’s!
Coffee, smoothies, shakes, beer, wine, and acai bowls, what more could you ask for… really?
Try out their tropical bowl: acai topped with granola, coconut, pineapple, blueberries, and honey. Oh, and don’t forget an iced matcha, caramel latte freeze, or one of the many other yummy drinks on their extensive menu.

La Duna Paradiso
Serving up classic American fare like a Smoked Salmon Bagel and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, you can always rely on delicious cocktails and coffee to pair.
Snag a table outside, that way you can enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoor deck at this Italian coastal restaurant located inside the Trailborn Surf & Sound Resort.
Not a guest? No worries, anyone can make a reservation and pop in to enjoy the restaurant.

Blueberry’s Grill
Go just a few blocks inland, on Eastwood right before the bridge, and you’ll find a delicious breakfast & brunch restaurant perfect to satiate that post-surf hunger.
They have the most unique menu items: Blueberry Hushpuppies and Bloody Mary Cheesy Shrimp & Grits. If you’re more of a bacon and eggs type of person, try The Traditional, instead.
You can grab a boozy brunch with cocktails galore, or snag a delicious Colombian roast drip coffee.

Beach Bagels & Subs
If you’re craving a solid bagel in the Wilmington area, this is your spot! They started with just one location and have expanded, but the original Wrightsville Ave. joint is still our favorite one.
As far as bagel sandwiches go, The Beast is top-tier. You can mix any type of bagel, cream cheese, and toppings, though. So, go crazy!
There is also a fully plant-based menu, which really elevates the draw of this place, making it accessible for all.
